  • Active client project records — retained for a minimum of 7 years following project completion, in accordance with professional engineering obligations in Nova Scotia.
  • Website analytics data — retained in anonymized or aggregated form; individual session data is typically purged after 26 months.
  • Email correspondence — retained as part of project records or for the duration required by applicable law.

When personal information is no longer required, we securely destroy or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
